WL-1002 is developed by Winston Laboratories which is a topical cream formulation of 075% zucapaicin (also known as civamide), for the treatment of pain due to osteoarthritis.

Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : WL-1002 is developed by Winston Laboratories which is a topical cream formulation of 075% zucapaicin (also known as civamide), for the treatment of pain due to osteoarthritis. An active ingredients in WL-1002 is civamide which has anticeptic property.The antinociception of civamide is probably mediated two mechanisms: (i) an acute receptor occupancy dependent effect; and (ii) a persistent and receptor independent effect which is initiated by the acute exposure to the drug.
