SRT501 is a small molecule develped for the treatment of metabolic diseases like diabetes and obesity. It is the first small molecule, designed to target SIRT1, to enter the clinic.
Dược Lực Học : SRT501 is the first small molecule, designed to target SIRT1, to enter the clinic. SIRT1 is the founding member of the human sirtuin family of enzymes. Specifically, SRT501 acts by increasing mitochondrial activity and is thus therapeutically targeted to address metabolic diseases like diabetes and obesity.
