Ranpirnase is a ribonuclease enzyme found in Rana pipiens oocytes. It is being studied in the treatment of cancer. It is manufactured by Alfacell Corporation. It is the first ribonuclease to enter cancer clinical trials.
Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : Ranpirnase is a ribonuclease enzyme found in Rana pipiens oocytes. It is being studied in the treatment of cancer. It is manufactured by Alfacell Corporation. It is the first ribonuclease to enter cancer clinical trials. Ranpirnase controls tumour growth by degrading RNA within cancer cells, resulting in inhibition of protein synthesis and arresting mitosis in G(1)phase.
