PSN357 is a glycogen phosphorylase inhibitor (GPI), which is designed to rapidly lower blood glucose levels by preventing glycogen breakdown to glucose in the liver.
Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : PSN357 is a glycogen phosphorylase inhibitor (GPI), which is designed to rapidly lower blood glucose levels by preventing glycogen breakdown to glucose in the liver. Psn357 is a novel glycogen phosphorylase inhibitor. It reduces night-time systemic glucose levels by reducing the hepatic glucose output that is thought to play a major role in the pathophysiology of type 2 diabetics.
