Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : NPI 32101 possesses both anti-inflammatory and broad spectrum antimicrobial activities. This combination of pharmacological properties may have additional therapeutic uses beyond dermatology. NPI 32101 cream serves as a broad-spectrum antimicrobial barrier to organisms including Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Staphylococcus aureus, including strains resistant to Methicillin (MRSA). NPI 32101 has dual action against both the vegetative and spore forms of C. difficile could lead to a first-in-class drug that both treats and prevents disease recurrence.
