MIV-701 is a selective, potent inhibitor of the protease Cathepsin K. It is developed for the treatment of osteoporosis.

Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : MIV-701 is a selective, potent inhibitor of the protease Cathepsin K. It is developed for the treatment of osteoporosis. MIV-701 inhibits an enzyme, cathepsin K, which degrades bone, but most probably also contributes to cartilage damage in joint diseases. It greatly reduces degradation of bone.
