Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : LIC-477is indicated to be suitable for the treatment of psychosomatic disturbances, epilepsy, trigeminal neuralgia and cerebral spasticity. The mechanisms by which the compounds of the invention exert their anticonvulsant effects are not completely understood, but their activity may be partly due to effects on ion flow across neuronal membranes.
