IGN301 is a cancer vaccine based on an anti-idiotypic antibody which provokes an immune response to Lewis Y. Lewis Y is a carbohydrate molecule expressed on the surface of tumor cells of epithelial origin (e.g. lung, intestinal, breast, prostate or ovarian cancers).
Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : IGN301 is a cancer vaccine based on an anti-idiotypic antibody which provokes an immune response to Lewis Y. Lewis Y is a carbohydrate molecule expressed on the surface of tumor cells of epithelial origin (e.g. lung, intestinal, breast, prostate or ovarian cancers). IGN301 is based on an anti-idiotype antibody designed to trigger an immune response to Lewis Y, a carbohydrate molecule frequently overexpressed in tumor cells of epithelial origin such as lung, colon, breast, prostate or ovarian cancer.
