Lipids promote the fusion of liposomes to cells. Eladem (IDD-1) is a therapeutic vaccine consisting of dendritophages that are loaded in vitro with tumor antigens and then reinjected into the subject. As with other monoclonal antibodies, this process stimulates an immune response to a particular disease-related antigen.
Dược Lực Học : IDD-1 specifically targets cancer cells by simulating a natural immune response. IDD-1 is produced by coupling dendritophages with tumor antigens obtained from the individual patient. The resulting vaccine is then reinjected into the subject.

Độc Tính : MoABs have been reported to have low toxicity, as they successfully target the tumor cells.
