GSK159797 ('797) is an inhaled, longer-acting Beta2 agonist developed for the treatment of respiratory disease such as asthma and COPD.

Dược Lực Học : GSK159797 is a Beta2 agonist. It works by relaxing the muscles that line the bronchial airways, allowing the capacity of the airways to expand (known as bronchodilation), leading to the relief and/or prevention of many of the symptoms of asthma and COPD.

Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : GSK159797 ('797) is an inhaled, longer-acting Beta2 agonist developed for the treatment of respiratory disease such as asthma and COPD. GSK159797 is a longer-acting beta-2 adrenoceptor agonist. It acts on the beta2-adrenergic receptor, thereby causing smooth muscle relaxation resulting in dilation of bronchial passages.
