Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : CP-945598 is an investigational drug which is a Cannabinoid-1 (CB-1) receptor antagonist being developed for the treatment of obesity. Pre-clinical and clinical trial data suggest that CB-1 antagonists may have favorable effects on glucose metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes and may also be an effective therapy for the treatment of obesity.
