CG7870 is an oncolytic virus therapy for prostate cancer. It is a replication-selective, prostate-specific antigen-targeted oncolytic adenovirus, for the treatment of hormone-refractory, metastatic prostate cancer.

Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : CG7870 is an oncolytic virus therapy for prostate cancer. It is a replication-selective, prostate-specific antigen-targeted oncolytic adenovirus, for the treatment of hormone-refractory, metastatic prostate cancer. CG7870 is genetically engineered to replicate preferentially in prostate tissue, ignoring healthy cells. In this manner, the virus is able to selectively attack and kill tumorous cells.
