Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : BI-K0376 is investigated for use/treatment in acne. BI-K0376 is a solid. It is under investigation by Pfizer and has gone through phase I of the clinical trails. BI-K0376 has a unique mode of action that makes it extremely selective against the bacteria responsible for acne, Propionibacterium acnes, including those that have become resistant to other antibiotic treatments, whilst sparing normal skin bacterial flora.
