AeroLEF™ (aerosolized liposome-encapsulated fentanyl) is a novel, proprietary inhalation formulation of free and liposome-encapsulated fentanyl intended to provide rapid, extended and personalized analgesia for patients experiencing acute pain episodes. AeroLEF™ is in development for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, including cancer pain.
Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : AeroLEF™ (aerosolized liposome-encapsulated fentanyl) is a novel, proprietary inhalation formulation of free and liposome-encapsulated fentanyl intended to provide rapid, extended and personalized analgesia for patients experiencing acute pain episodes. AeroLEF™ is in development for the treatment of moderate to severe pain, including cancer pain. AeroLEF is developed to offer a simple and non-invasive route of administration, rapid onset of action, sustained effect and self-titratable dosing for the treatment of acute and breakthrough pain, conditions that are common in cancer patients and underserved by existing fixed-dose delivery technologies. Using AeroLEF, patients can identify and select a personalized dose for each pain episode, achieving both rapid onset and extended duration of analgesia.
