Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : 3-Methyl-thiofentanyl is an opioid analgesic that is an analogue of fentanyl. 3-Methylthiofentanyl binds to the mu, delta, and kappa opioid receptors. These ultimately lead to decreased pain sensation as well as a number of side effects, such as euphoria, sedation, depressed breathing.
Độc Tính : Side effects of fentanyl analogues are similar to those of fentanyl itself, which include itching, nausea and potentially serious respiratory depression which can be life-threatening.
