Cơ Chế Tác Dụng : AZD 3355 is a reflux inhibitor used for the treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. It is developed by AstraZeneca and is currently in phase I/II trials. AZD3355 is reflux inhibitors which offer a new approach to the treatment of Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) by improving the function of the lower oesophageal sphincter (LOS) through receptors responsible for opening and closing the sphincter.
